Describe the symptoms

Symptoms

The more specific you are, the more specific the report. Say when it happens, where it comes from, what it sounds or feels like, which warning light or message appears, since when, and the fault code if you have it.

Hold the phone close so the warning lights fill most of the photo, without flash or reflections.

Take a photo of the dashboard with the warning light on. The photo is sent to the AI provider without its location or other hidden data, and it is not stored.

Got an OBD2 Bluetooth adapter? Read the codes straight from your car.

Connecting needs an OBD2 Bluetooth LE reader and Chrome or Edge on Android or a computer.

The terms, plainly

  • Free, no sign-up. There are no paid features today.
  • Account optional. It is only for saving your cars, your reports and recall alerts.
  • With a daily limit. To keep the service running, each person can do a limited number of analyses a day.
  • Guidance, not a verdict. The AI can be wrong: always have the fault confirmed at a garage.
