Symptoms
When raising the front windows, just before they close fully they go all the way back down (on both doors).
Possible cause described
According to Stellantis bulletin 23-052-24 (September 2024), the bracket at the front of the window belt mouldings is too narrow where it meets the glass channel next to the mirror, and the glass is slowed as it reaches the top. The garage checks and adjusts the channel opening.
Check for the garage
Check whether it happens on both doors and always at the end of travel. Before replacing the window motor or regulator, have the garage check the glass channel next to the mirror; ask Fiat by VIN whether the car is in the service action.
