The door is slow to open and the window drops in steps when it loses calibration (Maserati GranTurismo and GranCabrio)Bodywork
- Engine / equipment
- Maserati GranTurismo and GranCabrio (all versions, according to the bulletin)
- Period mentioned
- All model years (US bulletin)
- Symptoms
- The door takes about two seconds to open, the automatic window raise does not work and, with repeated opening requests, the window makes several short drops. On the GranCabrio the soft top also cannot be operated and a message appears on the dashboard.
- Possible cause described
- The door window loses its calibration (code B2577 or A57700). Maserati is preparing a software update for the end of 2026 and, meanwhile, gives a calibration procedure (bulletin MTB 26-15).
- Check for the garage
- Calibrate the window with the door closed: with the ignition on, lower it fully and hold the switch down for 3–5 seconds; then raise it fully and hold the switch up for 3–5 seconds. If that does not fix it, go to the dealer.
