Symptoms
The battery runs flat and the car will not start; the engine warning light is on and, with the headlamp-off delay active, the lights-on chime sounds when the driver door is opened.
Possible cause described
The body control module (BCM) software causes a high current draw with the ignition off. Stellantis fixes it by reprogramming the BCM (bulletin 08-343-26).
