- The ground connections of that bank's ignition coils are not tightened properly. Maserati explains it in diagnostic sheet DS 25-25 (July 2025): on the V6 the grounds are on the cylinder head covers and are tightened to 10 Nm; on the V8, near the oil filter support.

- Note which cylinders the reader shows. If they are all on the same side, ask the garage to check the tightness of the coil grounds before replacing spark plugs, coils or injectors.
